 | Toyota Hosts Women's Conference
 | Melissa Gilbert, one of the keynote speakers of the conference.
| In the Interest of Women is a day-long conference sponsored by Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Kentucky, Inc. (TMMK). The conference is designed especially for women and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and two keynote addresses. Additionally, conference attendees select four workshops from a slate of twelve options they’d like to attend. Some of this year’s workshop topics include stress management, self-empowerment, finance and staying positive in today’s world.
Our keynote speakers include Melissa Gilbert, best known as Laura Ingalls Wilder on the television series, Little House On the Prairie and current president of the Screen Actors Guild. Also, Jackie Kallen, the most successful female boxing manager in history and subject of the recent feature film Against the Ropes starring Meg Ryan.
A Resource Area is available for the women to gain information on a variety of subjects, such as education, healthcare, finance; and the list goes on.
In the Interest of Women begins next week in Lexington and Louisville:
• Lexington at the Lexington Center on October 19
• Louisville at the Galt House East on October 20
Tickets are $75.00 per person.
